Privacy Notice
Rosie collects as little as possible and never sells or shares your information with anyone. This notice explains plainly what is collected, why, and how it is handled.
Who this covers
This notice applies to anyone who visits bloomin-blossoms.ca, joins the Blossom Circle waitlist, or creates a client account on this site.
What is collected and why
Email address (waitlist)
When you join the Blossom Circle, your email address is saved so Rosie can contact you when the inner circle opens. That is the only reason it is collected. Your email will not be used for newsletters, promotions, or anything else without your explicit permission.
Email address and password (client account)
Creating an account lets you save pieces you love and track your holds across visits. Your password is stored as a one-way hash — Rosie cannot read it, and it is never stored in plain text. Your email is not shared with third parties.
Transactional information
When you hold or purchase a piece, Rosie records the details of that transaction (what was purchased, agreed price, shipping address if applicable) so she can fulfil your order. This information is kept for as long as necessary for business and tax purposes.
The short version: Rosie uses your information to run her business and help you shop. She does not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking cookies are used. Hearts and saves are stored locally in your browser and do not leave your device unless you are signed in.
Third-party services
This site is hosted on Replit. No advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers are connected to this site. Rosie does not use Google Analytics or similar tools.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account to be deleted at any time. Just email Rosie directly — she handles all of this personally.
