Shipping & Returns

Rosie keeps things simple and transparent. The total you agree to is the total you pay — no surprise fees after the fact.

How shipping works

Every piece is shipped from Halifax, Nova Scotia via Canada Post. Shipping is calculated and confirmed before you pay, never added afterward. You'll know the full amount — including shipping — when Rosie emails you to confirm your hold.

Within Halifax: Local pickup is always available and always free. Rosie will arrange a convenient time and location.
Anywhere in Canada: Standard tracked shipping via Canada Post. Rates vary by destination and parcel size, typically $12–$20.
Outside Canada: Not offered at this time.

No surprises. Rosie quotes shipping before you commit to paying. If the shipping cost doesn't work for you, just say so — no hard feelings, ever.

Packaging

Pieces are packed carefully with tissue and shipped in a sturdy mailer. Rosie reuses packaging materials where possible to cut down on waste.

Returns & exchanges

Because Rosie shops specifically for her clients and buys in very small quantities, she takes fit seriously from the start. Every client relationship begins with a conversation about measurements and preferences precisely so that what you receive fits properly.

That said, Rosie is reasonable and human about it:

If something arrives damaged or significantly different from how it was described, she will make it right — full stop.
If fit is genuinely off for reasons that weren't foreseeable, reach out and she'll do her best to find a solution together.
Change of heart after paying? Pieces are final sale, but Rosie will always listen.

Holds & cancellations

When you claim a piece, it's held in your name for 48 hours. If you change your mind before paying, simply reply to Rosie's email and say so. No pressure, no awkwardness. The piece goes back to the drop for someone else.
